The LeanMindz AI Productivity Sprint, Pace Track, or Cohort is a CAPG-funded training designed for Alberta-based employers. This program equips teams with practical AI tools to improve operations, reduce waste, and build repeatable processes through live expert-led sessions and an industry-focused capstone project.

  • Lean Process Improvement with AI-Use ChatGPT, Scribe, Notion AI and Lucidchart to map and refine key workflows.

  • Strategic Planning + KPI Management-Leverage Power BI Copilot and Miro AI to build scorecards and plan initiatives.

  • AI-Enhanced Project & Time Optimization-Implement tools like ClickUp AI and Motion to streamline execution.

  • SOP Systems + Capstone Presentation-Build a fully documented SOP or AI-enhanced system and present it live.
